Total Activity
What is a TA grade, and why does it matter?
TA, or \"Total Activity,\" is Jarrah honey's own independently verified potency rating. It's lab-tested batch by batch, and its number is printed on the jar — what you see on the label is what's inside, nothing more, nothing less. Nothing self-certified, nothing unverified.
The higher the TA number, the denser the honey's natural compounds. TA15 and TA30 are an accessible everyday entry point; TA35 and TA44 balance potency with daily use; TA55+ sits at the peak of rarity, from seasons that don't repeat every year.
Where It Comes From
A forest that blooms once every two years
Jarrah honey comes from the untouched forests of Western Australia, where the Jarrah tree takes its time to bloom. Read its full journey from blossom to your jar.
