What are the benefits? +
- Turmeric's earthy warmth folded into Jarrah honey's dark, thick, caramel-forward base — a spiced flavour distinct from our ginger jars.
- Naturally crystallises at cool room temperature; re-liquefy by standing the jar in warm, not boiling, water.
- Store away from sunlight at room temperature; no fridge needed. Use a dry spoon and reseal tightly. Expiry is printed on the jar.
How do I use it? +
- A spoonful stirred into warm (not boiling) milk or water for a turmeric honey drink, or straight over toast, yogurt or oats.
- A good choice if you enjoy turmeric's earthy flavour paired with honey.
