What are the benefits? +
- The warmth of natural ginger folded into Jarrah honey's dark, thick, caramel-forward base — a spiced twist on our everyday flavour, not a separate honey type.
- Naturally crystallises at cool room temperature; re-liquefy by standing the jar in warm, not boiling, water.
- Store away from sunlight at room temperature; no fridge needed. Use a dry spoon and reseal tightly. Expiry is printed on the jar.
How do I use it? +
- A spoonful stirred into warm (not boiling) water or tea for a gingery honey drink, or straight over toast, yogurt or oats.
