How do I choose which size to buy? +
The 500g jar is the best value per gram and lasts months at a spoon a day. TA55 sachets suit travel and busy days. Packages combine more than one grade at a better price than buying separately.
How should I store Jarrah honey? +
Keep it in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is needed. Use a dry spoon and close the lid tightly after each use.
My honey has crystallised — is it still good? +
Yes. Natural crystallisation is a sign of raw, unprocessed honey, not a fault. Stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water to return it to a smooth pour; avoid the microwave.
Can I give honey to my baby? +
No. As a general food-safety precaution, honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age. For older children and adults it can be enjoyed as part of a normal diet. Introducing any new food to your child remains a decision to discuss with their pediatrician.
What does the TA number on the jar mean? +
TA stands for Total Activity — an independently lab-measured rating of the honey's natural activity, tested batch by batch and printed on each jar. A higher number means a higher measured activity level for that batch.
How do I know your honey is genuine? +
Every batch is independently lab-tested and its grade is printed on the jar. You can verify a jar's batch using the code on its label, and analysis results are available on request.
