What are the benefits? +
- Ginger's warmth and a citrus lift from lemon extract, over Jarrah honey's dark, thick, caramel-forward base — the more citrus-forward of our two ginger flavours.
- Naturally crystallises at cool room temperature; re-liquefy by standing the jar in warm, not boiling, water.
- Store away from sunlight at room temperature; no fridge needed. Use a dry spoon and reseal tightly. Expiry is printed on the jar.
How do I use it? +
- A spoonful stirred into warm (not boiling) water or tea for a gingery, citrus honey drink, or straight over toast, yogurt or oats.
- Choose this over the plain ginger jar if you want a brighter, citrus-forward finish.
