• Dark in color, thick in texture, gently sweet with an unforgettable caramel finish. If you love light, mild honeys you will find it different; if you seek depth, you have found it.
• Store in a dry place away from sunlight at room temperature — no fridge needed (cold speeds natural crystallization, a sign of raw authenticity, not a fault; re-liquify in warm water, never boiling or microwave). Use a dry spoon and close tightly. Expiry is printed on the jar.
