Lord is Jarrah Honey's rarest harvest — a name we give to only one crop each season, not a numbered TA grade. Like every batch, it's independently lab-tested and its result is printed on the jar; look up the batch code on our Lab Results page to confirm it. Package weight: 250g. Raw honey, no added sugar.

• The same dark, thick, caramel-forward character as our TA-graded honey, from a single small-batch harvest we set apart under its own name rather than a TA number.
• Naturally crystallises at cool room temperature; re-liquefy by standing the jar in warm, not boiling, water.
• Store away from sunlight at room temperature; no fridge needed. Use a dry spoon and reseal tightly. Expiry is printed on the jar.
