Jarrah honey meets shilajit -- the rare resinous substance of ancient Asian tradition, naturally rich in minerals. A dark blend with a bold, earthy character. Net weight 250g.

• A bolder, earthier variation on our flavoured honey line — shilajit's mineral-rich resin against Jarrah honey's own dark, thick, caramel-forward base.
• Naturally crystallises at cool room temperature, a sign of raw, unheated honey; re-liquefy by standing the jar in warm, not boiling, water.
• Store away from sunlight at room temperature; no fridge needed. Use a dry spoon and reseal tightly. Expiry is printed on the jar.
