What are the benefits? +
- Our highest measured Total Activity in a standard jar — the same dark, thick, caramel-forward honey, tested to a stricter threshold than TA35+ and TA44+.
- Naturally crystallises at cool room temperature, a sign of raw, unheated honey; re-liquefy by standing the jar in warm, not boiling, water.
- Store away from sunlight at room temperature; no fridge needed. Use a dry spoon and reseal tightly. Expiry is printed on the jar.
How do I use it? +
- A spoonful on its own, or stirred into tea, coffee or warm water once it's cooled from boiling to protect its natural character.
